Privately entered and owned by our vendor since 2022. The car was purchased new by GP Captain Bunting RAF prior to his final tour in Brussels; who was decorated for gallantry in the second world war. He kept the car for many years, and the original order form is enclosed with the paperwork for a purchase price of £1920 which included extras such as automatic transmission, power steering and leather upholstery. V5 present and extensive box file of paperwork and manuals. The car has just completed an extensive refurbishment by another ex RAF owner. The colour has been changed from Cherry Red to its current two-tone grey and black. MOT runs to August 2026, although it is exempt.
HPI / DVLA records do show manufacture date 1970, imported to the UK in 1971. Which could be linked to the time it spent in Brussels in 1970.
