With the current pandemic affecting everyone's lives, we at East Anglian Motor Auctions are constantly reviewing our working procedures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff.

Appointments

Whether you are collecting/delivering a vehicle, or just wanting to come down and browse our stock, we require you to please make an appointment prior to arriving. This enables us to keep on top of how many customers we have on-site, as well as maintain our high standard of customer service and safety to our customers.

Online

Our sales are still currently online-only, and will remain online-only until we state otherwise.

Our office is open for customers, although as previously mentioned, we kindly ask that you book an appointment prior to arriving, enabling us to be ready for your arrival.

To bid online, we require that you fill in an online application form which can be found
here.

EAMA Check

With our sales online, we now undertake our 42-point check on every vehicle that goes through our doors (with the exception of non-runners). The 42-point check is a report which can be viewed on each vehicle's entry page via our website, and covers everything from the engine to the paintwork of a vehicle.

Buyer's Fees

All purchases will be subject to our normal buyer's fee. Please note, for the duration of the current health crisis, online sale fees will not apply.

Masks

Due to government guidelines, all customers visiting our premises will be required to wear a face-mask when entering our office/salesroom.
